balanceFIT Blueprint is a three-session virtual coaching program that gives you a personalized training plan and the support to implement it successfully. Scott takes the time to understand your background, goals, and lifestyle, then designs a program that makes sense for where you are right now.
This is not a one-size-fits-all workout. It is coaching with intention.

Three private virtual sessions
Session 1: Assessment and Goal Setting
We cover your training history, injuries, movement considerations, schedule, and goals. This session sets the direction for your program.
Custom Program Development
Scott builds a personalized training program based on your needs, experience level, and available time.
Session 2: Program Walkthrough
We walk through the program together so you understand
how to perform the movements, structure your weeks,
and progress appropriately.
Session 3: Progress Check and Adjustments
We check in on how things are going, address questions,
and make adjustments based on what you are
experiencing in real life.
Optional Nutrition Add-on
Simple, realistic nutrition guidance to support your training.
For clients who want nutrition support included, the Nutrition Add-on layers personalized guidance into the Blueprint process. The focus is on habits, consistency, and fueling your body appropriately, not restriction or rigid rules.
This is nutrition coaching that fits real life.

balanceFIT Plus is ongoing virtual coaching for clients who want continued structure, accountability,
and expert guidance without returning to full personal training.
This membership keeps you progressing inside the proven balanceFIT system while giving you
consistent access to coaching and community support.
Available to graduates of balanceFIT Blueprint.
What’s Included Each Month
One 30-Minute 1:1 Virtual Coaching Session
A focused check-in to review progress, address challenges, and refine goals.
During this session, Scott will assess your performance, make targeted adjustments
within the balanceFIT training framework, and outline your next phase of progression.
You stay inside a proven system, but your plan continues to evolve
based on your goals, strengths, and limitations.
One Live Group Coaching Call or Workshop (Monthly)
A 60-minute virtual session focused on practical, movement-based topics such as:
