Class size limited to 12. Ages 15 and up.
These classes focus on strength, balance, agility, plyometrics, and cardio using circuit-style training. Each session is designed to improve your physical capability—so you can meet daily demands and fully engage in the activities that bring you real joy. Bring water and a towel. If you have a mat, bring that, too, but we'll have some for you as well.
